I was super impressed with the services I received at this eye appointment. The staff was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable in the performance of their duties. The telehealth system they have for the eye exam was quite impressive. I felt that the images and video they took for the doctor to review before he visited with me, gave him everything he needed to evaluate my eye health and provide me the best care possible. Dr. Cox was detailed in his evaluation and explanation of his findings. He answered all my questions, and gave me the opportunity to voice any other questions or concerns. Excellent staff. Excellent results. Excellent experience.

Could not have asked for a better experience or outcome. One of the few offices we could get an appt in this year. Their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly/customer service was exceptional. They went above an beyond for the additional services we need. Will definitely use their services again. It was a new experience using telemed for eye exams and was very impressed.

I went to see them because I bent my glasses while sandboarding, and they straightened them out in just a few minutes - completely free of charge I'm more grateful to them than ever, they're such wonderful people!

My eye exam was thorough, and I never felt rushed during the appointment. The team helped me find a pair of glasses that fit well, looked great, and stayed within my budget. The selection of frames was excellent, and everyone made the process easy from start to finish.
